These are just a few of the wooden fish Captain Joe is carving in the off-season.  They are one of a kind, artist-signed and make great gifts. We can carve your record catch, any variety, to your specifications. We can even make it bigger than it actually was!​

Cost is approximately $5/inch. You can pick up your fish in New Bern, or we can ship it to you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your custom creation. All fish are prepped for hanging.
